Hi all
Im trying to make a stock list using excel that shows Product, Product Code, Amount in Stock and Minimum Stock to Keep. What i want to do is when someone takes some stock and reception remove it from the Amount in Stock list, as soon as the Amount in the Stock List matches the amount in the Minimum Stock to Keep column a pop up appears and tells us we need to re-order more stock of the item that is running low. Anyone know how i would go about doing this?

If you want to keep it simple you could use conditional formatting to change the cell color to alert you when the amount is less than a pre-defined level.

Could anyone help with making a sheet where I can input a stock balance on the first sheet and on a second sheet list deductions to stock. I need to create a column that can have the balance stock remaining. I have used the LOOKUP function so that the balance cell can find if a transaction has been made to a particular item but the problem is if the same item of stock is deducted more than once it cannot lookup and deduct both amounts from the initial stock. Can anyone help?
