Hello everyone, I have a excel file setup on a network that everyone can view, but I have the sheet protected so that only I can make changes. When I save my spreadsheet (which is about 8 pages long), I check to make sure the page breaks are in convenient places. I view print preview and everything looks good, so i save the file. Later when someone else opens the file on a different computer their print preview shows my spreadsheet with page breaks in different locations, with some whole pages being blank. I am trying to find out what I need to do to ensure that everyone viewing this file see's the exact same view as I do. Since other people print this spreadsheet.

Using excel 2003
I have the page shared on the network, and the sheet is password protected.

If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.

Only time I see this being an issue is either when people are using different versions of Office, or some users have their printers set for Letter sized paper rather than A4 (or vice versa)
