Hello my friends! I have another question for you.

I have recently completed a workbook I have been working on casually for quite some time now. It wouldn't have been possible without this forums assistance.

I am trying to share this workbook with some friends, but when they receive it they are telling me that the command button on the workbook doesn't open the Userform (just a simple command button with: Userform1.Show in its code). But the workbook and userform works completely fine as intended on my end on 2 separate computers. I also have the entire workbook protected and hidden, including the VBA project. Would that be causing this problem? The only other thing I can think of is I am using Excel 2000 and he has Excel 2003. I am willing to send the workbook to anyone who is willing to investigate this further with me, otherwise lets discuss the possible problems here.

Is it possible that they do not have macros enabled on their machines?

That was exactly the problem. I thought the default for macro security was medium for all excel programs. It seems like his was set to high. So what I did was made an instruction sheet so that whenever the workbook is opened, if macros are disabled (high security) show sheet1 hide all other sheets. Sheet 1 has instructions to change their security to medium so when opening the workbook they can choose to enable macros. Then if macros are enabled hide sheet one and show all other sheets.

Thanks again for guiding me to the problem so I could find a solution.

If you want or are curious of the code I used to accomplish this, lemme know.

Thanks for the help again DD03.
