Excel Select all Collums in row that = TRUE

August 24, 2011 at 11:39:01
Specs: Windows 7
I am new at coding. On Sheet1 (Named "Tasks") I have a "Check Box activeX controls" that are linked to cells in Column Q and I Created a "Print" button. (Cells will = FALSE or TRUE depending on if the box(s) are checked)

What I want is, when someone clicks the Button it will select all Rows That = "TRUE" in column "Q" and copy them to a different sheet (Sheets name = "Print"), than print it.

1. Some Rows that = TRUE are hidden on Sheet "Tasks" and need to be un-hidden on sheet "Print".
2. I would like it to start copying them to Line 15 on the first page on Sheet "Print". (first page header is 14 lines long)
3. If the printed document gos beyond one page, the copied rows skips the first two lines each new page after so it doesn't over lap the headers. (Headers on pages "2:*" are 2 lines long.)

I am willing to give any information necessary by request.

Thank you to anyone who answers this.

In order to make things easiero n my self and for coding, I have changed the controls, I deleted the "Check Box activeX controls" and am just placing a "X" in the cell of the row I want to copy and having it blank in those I want to leave alone.
