Just a question. Imagine a table with 3 columns. In columns 2 and 3 I need to add figures. At the bottom of 2 and 3 I need a cumulated total everytime I key in figures. What is the formulae for that? Thanx in advance.

When was the last time you did something for the first time?

Right now! This is the first time I'm asking you to explain what you want to do in a little more detail. <g>

The obvious answer to your question seems so simple like I doubt it's what you are looking for:

Assuming you know how big your table is, you simply use something like =SUM(A1:A100) in A101, which, in my example, is the bottom of a 100 row table.

That can't be the answer...is it?
