how can I find the biggest to numbers... for example....
A1=120
A2=56
A3= 69
A4=89
A5=984
A6=231
then
A7=23... I have to dive 23 and get 12 and 11 and add to A5 and A6 respectively....

For the largest number, try:

=LARGE($A$1:$A$6,1)

I'll let you figure out how to find the second largest number.
