Excel Open & Close Again Fastly

OS: Win98
CPU/Ram: AMD Athlon / 128 MB

I import data from inhouse application to Ms Excel.
The Ms Excel file created successfully.
Then I try to open the Ms Excel file.
The file open and then close again fastly.
So I can not view the file.
I have try to scan with antivirus, and no virus found.
Somebody have same problem with me?
Somebody can help?

If Excel stays open, but the sheet disappears, the sheet may be open but someone moved it off screen. I have seen this happen before. If you click on Window then down to Arrange Windows.

Hi Charlie,
You're right, the Excel stays open but the sheet disappears. But it's not off screen problem, because I can not click Window and then Arrange Window.
