This is my problem.
I'm trying to create a chart that can tell me what date to next do something in a specific room (work in the hotel industry) however, I don't want the chart to give me dates in the second column if I don't have a date to put in the first column. (columns are date last changed, and date too be changed.)
Using the nested if function.
Is there a way to do this?

Current Function
=IF(B5=0, 0, IF(B5>0, B5+7, 0))

I'm not sure why you think this needs a Nested IF. It sounds like a simple IF is all that is needed.

=IF(B5 = "", "", B5+7)
