Is it possible to have multiple rows of worksheets. That way you won't need to scroll over if you have more than what would fit on only 1 page?

He means where you see sheet1, sheet2, sheet3, sheet4 down the bottom of the screen: He's asking if you can have one row with sheet1, sheet2; then underneath sheet3, sheet4 so you don't need to scroll right on the sheet selection tabs. I think.

Incidentally, I don't think it's possible.

From Excel Help: Open the workbooks you want to view. To view multiple sheets in the active workbook, click New Window on the Window menu. Switch to the new window, and then click a sheet you want to view. Repeat for each sheet you want to view. On the Window menu, click Arrange. Under Arrange, click the option you want.
