Excel memory error

CPU/Ram: 29.7 GB
Comment:

When I start excel, I receive the following error:

"Cannot use object linking and embedding."

Then when I open any excel document, I receive the following application error:

The instruction at "0x30050ceb" referenced memory at "0x00000196". The memory could not be "read".

Followed by a second error:

The instruction at "0x0013b8c5" referenced memory at "0x80040111". The memory could not be written.

I checked the available memory and have over 12 GB free.

Help! Thanks!!
