Excel Mail Merge-Type Operation

Specs: Windows XP
I have an excel worksheet where I want to populate the customers name, address, and phone number based on a list in another worksheet. (Kind of like a mail merge for excel) Once the data is imported I would like it to save with a unique file name. Is there a way to do this mail merge type operation on an excel spreadsheet? Thank you for any help.
