Google is your friend. Search also for Visual Basic.

It's can also helpful when to run some keystroke Macros and then examine the code to get an idea how it works.

MS' Visual Basic for Applications is very good.

I agree with Rhawk that using the Macro Recorder is a good learning tool in the mean time.
