Solved Excel formula visa pasport validity

Specs: Windows 7
Hi there,

Is any one can help me find the formula the scenario is this, i had all the list of the employee
1 column is the name of the person, 2 column passport valid to 3 column passport valid from 4 column status & 5 column action required. In some cases some of the employee expired their visa's or passport that needs to renew. want i want to know is that if i write yes or no on the column 5 Valid or expired will appear on the column 4

I have to make a number of assumptions before I can offer a solution:

I assume that your use of Column numbers (1-5) relate to the Column letters, A-E.

I assume that you have Column headings in Row 1 (Name, etc.)

I assume that an entry of Yes means Valid, No means Expired.

If all of that is correct, enter this is D2 and drag it down:
