The syntax is wrong.
What is it that you want to do with the formula?

The Help files for the IF statement show the syntax as:

IF(logical_test, value_if_true, value_if_false)

If you are trying to set J2=E2 when I2 = "Y", then put this in J2:

=IF(I2="Y",E2,"")

Your logical_test is Does I2 = "Y"?
Your value_if_true is E2
Your value_if_false is nothing in my example.
