Excel Formula Error???

I am using a formula to rename a cell based on certain characteristics so that I can sort them in a pivot table for others to read. The formula keeps saying there is an error and points to the c in the portion of the formula that states ... if(d2=c, "SE", ....

the entire formula is as follows...

=IF(D2=a, IF(I2=1, "CAB", "PR"), IF(D2=b, IF(I2=1, "CAB", "CH"), IF(D2=c, "SE", IF(D2=g, "NR", IF(D2=null, "No USDA Grade", "Other")))))

Why does this give me an error?

found the error.

When using the formula I need to put quotes around the letters (if(d2="c", ETC...)
