I have an inventory spreadsheet with about 15,000 rows. Each row represents a particular slot in the warehouse and it gives the count of that slot and the product number. What I need to do is get the total count of each product number (the product number is column F and the quantity of the slot is column K) and then hide any duplicate rows of the same product number. If I was going to do this manually I would sort the column with the product numbers(F) and then do a simple sum function for each of the product numbers and since there will be multiple rows for each product I would hide any duplicate rows so that each product only has one row.
