Comment:

I recently recovered some files on one of my hard drives, but some of my excel files are corrupted.

Is there any program out there that anyone can recommend to me so that I can attemp to make the files at the very least functional..?

Thanks

I am also having some problems with my Excel files.I have Windows ME and Office 2000. Till recently I could open Excel files with Macros. However I am unable to open any excel files with Macros or any hyperlinks. Reinstallation of Office 2000 after removing from Add/Remove Programs did not help. No Viruses found.

When I try to open an Excel file with Macros or hyperlinks, the files sit there. I have to use Ctrl Alt Del and get a message -
(SP.xls)(Not responding).

SP.xls is an example of name of file.

Please help.

Tom
