I am also having some problems with my Excel files.I have Windows ME and Office 2000. Till recently I could open Excel files with Macros. However I am unable to open any excel files with Macros or any hyperlinks. Reinstallation of Office 2000 after removing from Add/Remove Programs did not help. No Viruses found.
When I try to open an Excel file with Macros or hyperlinks, the files sit there. I have to use Ctrl Alt Del and get a message - (SP.xls)(Not responding).
