Hi, I need help in cell reference. I have a range of data in 20 columns in 30 rows, with data in each column being unique. All the columns have a defined name to identify the range of data.
If I choose the defined name from a drop down in cell A1 - say "Edwin": then the outcome in range A2:A32 should reflect the entire data range of C2:C32 which is defined as Edwin.
If I select the defined name of "Anoop" in A1 then the outcome in A2 should reflect the entire data range of Q2:Q32.....

re: Please help me as it is urgent!
Please be aware that telling people in a forum that your question is "urgent" is more apt to hurt than help. When you imply that your question is more "urgent" than anyone else's, you run the risk of turning people away.
