I received an Excel document in which there is supposedly drop down lists you can choose options of countries from but I cant see the gray arrow to see the options.. any suggestions as to how to make this work?
Did you receive the document via email? If so, do you see a yellow bar near the top of the page with an"Enable Editing" button?

Yes I received it via email but no, I didnt get the yellow bar... but maybe that is part of the problem.. I have Office 2007 and it was created with Office 2010..
I would not expect that kind of issue with 2007/2010, but stranger things have happen. Hard to troubleshoot from this far away.
