I have read the "posting" for converting time to decimals in Excel. Here's my problem- I have 2 spreadsheets linked together. The second spreadsheet "looks" at the first spreadsheete IF the first sheet means a certain criteria, then the second sheet will add a certain range (SUMIF) here's the problem- I am adding up time. I am not getting any where close to the correct number. Should I convert change to decmials and then convert to time? Please let me know if you have any suggestions-- Phyllis
