I currently have a large spreadsheet with customer details split into columns; Company name, address1, address2, address3, town, county, postcode.

I need to transfer this info across to an invoice.

I currently have a basic vlookup formula (using their customer number as a point of reference)for each column but it leaves a space if 'address2' and/or 'address3' is empty.

I need to link all these cells (either into one large cell with line breaks using CHAR(10) or still using vlookup but removing any empty cells.

I hope makes sense

Sal♥

Concatenation is not what you want for this data. I would just import the data into Access and create a Report to generate your Invoice. That would be much, much easier and simpler.
