Hello, I am trying to make a pie chart that reflects the cities that we receive the most complaints from. It looks a little like this. It has the customer name, city and ph # EXAMPLE Gary & Shelly Jones Avondale 602-555-6999 MIke Garrison Phoenix 602-555-3336
We don't need to know who or any of that, we just want to know how many complaints we receive from each city. We have about 6 cities on the list.
How do I make a pie chart based on that information?

You would have to get the number of complaints per city. If you can do it without disturbing the information sorting by city would do it. Then a pivot table will get you the number per city. Which should be enough to make the chart.
