i have 2 users that access the same excel spreadsheet. user 1 will access it make changes save it and email it to the 2nd user and vice versa. however it recently started to change the formatting of how it displays. user 1 will make changes and have the page all set nice to print and view etc then when user 2 goes in afterwards the formatting is off. both users run win xp, both users run outlook 2003, both users have same version of ms excel. only 1 user accesses the file to make changes at 1 time. any suggestions?

Do they both have the same default printer? Are they both set for similar dpi?
