I have a cell on a worksheet named "EDATE". In this cell is a date that corresponds to the date of the end of a week. The data table below contains a column for entry dates, with the named range "ENTRYDATES". I want to filter all records for a given week based on the date entered in EDATE. I've setup advanced filter criteria rows, and under the "Entry Dates" heading I've tried this formula: =(EDATE-8)<ENTRYDATES<EDATE But it won't filter. Will Excel allow the use of named ranges in filter criteria? If so, how do you correctly enter a formula? Thanks!

Excel doesn't filter in runtime. Either by hand: with a cutom filter Or by Visual Basic Applications where you fill in the filter criteria by the push of a button
