Excel 2007 formulas not updating when copying

When I copy formulas, they are not updated as they are supposed to, ie. when copying a formula like =A1 from B1 to B2, the new formula in B2 becomes =A1 and not =A2 as it's supposed to when not using absolute cell reference.
This only happens on this computer. Is there a setting for this?
