Excel 2003 xml function missing

Hi all,
I am running excel 2003. and under the data menu there should be a xml function.

however all my users workstation do not have this xml function to import,export, etc...

anyone know any solution to enable this function to be turned on?

Any chance you're looking at shared workbooks on these systems? xml is not available in a shared workbook.

It's due to office 2003 stadard edition.
only professional version has it. Zzzzzz
