Comment:
am looking for a way to auto fill values in a column in a way to copy the above cell into the next empty ones under it.
example i need to fill cell b21,b22,b24 exactly as same data as in b20 (b21,b22,b24 are already empy)

Reply:
Should B24 contain the data that is found in B23 versus B20? If yes, then it can be done easily. If no, then I don't know how to make it happen as you wish.

Select all the data in Column B (as this is the data you want to work with).
Go to Edit, Go To, Special, Blanks.
Hit = and the Up Arrow key and then hit Ctrl+Enter key.
This will fill all blank cells with the value of the cell above it.

If you don't want to retain the formula in those cells then right click on column B and select Copy; right click on it again and select Paste Special, Data.
If you wanted to do this for the entire sheet and not just Column B then select A1 and then hit Ctrl+Shift+End to select all the active cells in your worksheet and then go to Edit...
