excel 07 If0 copy to cell A63 If=0 do nothin

Specs: Windows Vista
Currently I have these statements
In cell A63 =if(C12>0,C12&" "&A12," ")
In cell A64 =if(C13>0,C13&" "&A13," ")
etc.....I have these statements from A63 to A75.
The statement gives a blank line if 0, but if C12, C13, etc.. has a value greater than 0, it populates A63, A64etc... with C12, a space, then A12.
Is there a way to put the formula or macro in C12. If the value is greater than 0, populate A63.
If the value is 0, do nothing.
Then, have C13, greater than 0, look at A63, if it's blank because C12 null, populate A63 with C13, and A13.
I hope this made sense - or maybe nonsense
Thank you for looking at this,

You can't use the formula in a cell to populate another cell. A formula in a cell can not perform any action other than return a value in the cell it is in.

In addition, it sounds like you a trying to create the classic example of what Excel calls a Circular Refernce.

If I understand you correctly, the result A63 is ultimately dependent on C13 which is dependent on the result in A63. Do you see the "circle"?

That's not allowed.
