I wrote this application in excel that is basically a big form that people input information into. I have run across two users that cannot do anything with the form. They open the document and cannot click anything but the cells. Clicking radio buttons or command buttons does nothing. It doesnt appear as if the radio or command buttons are acknowledging that they are being clicked, like they are not even there.
I believe at least 30 different people have used the form. For the most part we are all on XP SP1 or SP2. I am on SP2.
I am thinking it is a setting within Excel but I cannot find anything that would affect it. She does click 'enable macros' when launching the form, and her macro security is setup the same as mine.

Try logging in as a different user and see if the macros work. If so, you have a corrupt user account which can be due to various things.

It works fine on my machine, I wrote it. Only two users are having the issue, and they happen to both be located in the same office, right next to each other. I don't get it.
