okay guys,
I have pretty well worn out every search on google, this forum, and other searches to come up with a way to <somewhat> easily get a user's email with all of the individual mail folders (25MB worth) from Eudora to Outlook 2003.
or to move over AT ALL. I did manage to get her addresses over by importing them into OE6, exporting them as .csv, and importing them into Outlook 2003 from that .csv file. no problem there. but no form of Outlook will import from any Eudora folder on her drive. I am level II tech support and along with my boss we have lost too much hair over this seemingly simple transfer to a new machine for her. please help.
If ANYONE has any relatively painless way to do it please feel free to clue me in. I have tried to bring it into OE6 first, Outlook XP, you name it, all to no avail.
please help as soon as you can. I greatly appreciate any assistance.
Chuck

Before you attempt to import into Outlook, are you copying her files (mbx's, toc's, ini, nndbase, etc) to the Eudora installation folder? The default for that should be C:\Program Files\Qualcomm\Eudora.
If you don't have the mailboxes, ini file, etc in the Eudora installation folder, the Import to Outlook will NOT work...
