I just bought a new Dell laptop and am trying to download my (legal) copy of Corel Draw 11 to it. I keep getting a message from the install wizard "1608 Unable to create installdriver instance". I followed the suggestion of the the paid advertisers from your site and downloaded Regcure to scan my registary. What a scam that was. All it would fix was 1 error unless I paid for their package, even though they claimed it was a "free" fix. Can you help me without selling me something? Thank you for the help. Steven Tomaryn

If I had just bought a new laptop and was having problems installing a legal copy of an application, I start with the either the manufacturer of the laptop or the application.
The last thing I would do is download and run a registry scanner/cleaner on a brand new machine, unless instructed to do so by the manufacturer's support staff.
