Are you running Norton Anti-Virus? Read this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/328613 In addition, I get the same message on my corporate machine every now and then, but we don't run Norton. However, if I keep trying, it eventually works. Sometimes I have to reboot, sometimes not. I blame it on the MS gremlins. DAGS your error message. There are lots of hits.
