Hello: My office had been using a mixture of Win2K and WinXP Pro until recently when we've all conformed to XP Pro. The common point was that we were all using Outlook 2003 and are using a Database that was created in Access 97. The database has since then been converted to Access 2000 format. One of the questions I was brought to attention to was that in the past when A97/O2003 were used, they could use the forms, generate a report that uses a generated Macro with SendObject, saving the report as HTML, and then actually embed the contents of that HTML report into the body of the e-mail message (provided that the Outlook settings has all out-going mail to be of HTML format) to be sent off. Now, after the database was converted, the generated HTML reports no longer will embed into the message bodies of the e-mails, but rather show up as attachment of the e-mail. 1. Is there an explanation or a fix for this? 2. In reference to 1, we were able to tell the users to use the attachment method for now. However, there was also one incidence where a user whose default settings for all outgoing mails is set into HTML, but after the e-mail was generated(using the above), Outlook automatically changed the mail to Plain Text and the attachment didn't show up.
