Emails w/Subject: watchguard disapp

Specs: Windows XP
When I receive an email that contains the word "watchguard" in the subject matter the email enters my inbox then disappears. I have checked my rules, custom views, Junk filters and even added the sender into my safe list. It is not in my Junk folder or the deleted folder. Any ideas? I am using Outlook 2003 w/Exchange.

Might your Exchange Administrator be able to enlighten you on this? Or, are you the Admin?
