I want to foward a received unread e-mail to another e-mail address after 48hrs. is it possible

Easy to do. These instructions are for Outlook 2007, if you have a different version you may have to do a little hunting around but the delay option is available in all Outlook versions. Open the email and select forward. The look for the Options tab and click on it.Click on the Delay Delivery option and set it to however long you want it delayed.

thanks: but this is not what i'm looking for. i'll give you a scenario: i'm the CEO for company X and we receive a lot of e-mail from different client to assist them, just like helpdesk,
5 people are responsible for helping these clients(helpdest staff). now as the CEO i would like to monitor all the e-mail that the helpdesk received that were not solved, attended to or were not read. i tried e-mail follow-up but it doesn't seem to work
