Specs: Windows XP

I'm looking for a script/method to email a message with a URL to a 300 user category list in MS Outlook contacts. The email needs to be sent to each individual recipient as there appear to be spam limits/Outlook limits when sending to a large list of email addresses. I'd like to be able to run the method fairly simply via a macro any ideas on the best approach and pointers to code samples would be much appreciated.

Thank you

There are reason there are SPAM limits.

Why do you think that we would be willing to show you a way around them?

How do we know that we wouldn't be helping you SPAM these 300 individuals?

You can't blame us for being suspicious.

No this isn't to spam the 300 email addresses. I spend a fair amount of my time here stopping spam so I certainly don't want to be creating more of it! This functionality is needed as we have a weekly news update bulletin that gets emailed to various interest groups who have an interest in the data that we process on a weekly basis. The URL which links back to our website changes on a weekly.
