email client for 40k+ msgs?

is there a email client that quickly and easily navigates large amounts of messages? i have 40,000+ msgs in inbox, and 10,000+ in sent which i use and search through everyday for business. i was using outlook express which was getting slow. i imported to outlook xp, and it was slow...i imported to mozilla thunderbird and it's slow - is there any software that works for lotsa mail?

Outlook works fine for email management. All you need to do is create folders and set up rules for your emails to be directed to those folders. That way, you have everything categorized/organized just the way you want.

How much time do you waste each day searching through this ridiculously high number of mails in your inbox? Do you have any time left each day to actually do any work?
Organise them in to folders based on subject, sender or any other criteria you care to choose and set up message rules so that new mail is moved to the appropriate folder on receipt. Failing that I have a vacancy for a filing clerk if you are interested!
