Comment:

A user on out network currently using Office 2003 when receiving incoming e-mails the backgrounds of them are a blue/grey colour.

If the e-mail is forwaded to another user the colour isn;t there. Is there some option somewhere that is causing this?

The user was previously using Outlook XP and had the same problem. She now has a new machine and its carried over. It also happens if she logs on at another machine.

Any ideas?
