Comment: I have a client with 4 user accounts set up on her Windows XP machine, one for herself, one for her husband, and two for the two children. They all have email accounts set up for them; however, with the children's ones, Jo and Robert (my clients) can send them email but they can't receive it. The email settings look fine

Reply: (edit)What email client? Have you looked at the configurations to make sure the incoming server is correct? Life is more painless for those who are brainless.

Reply: (edit)Are they accessing via an Corporate Exchange Server or POP3 account? If they use via free email account, as in, Yahoo or Hotmail, the POP settings have to be enabled over at each email account site before you can configure you Outlook. melonMan

Reply: (edit)"Jo and Robert (my clients) can send them email but they can't receive it." Does that mean they are unable to receive email from the children's accounts, or the children are unable to send email? Can they receive email from other accounts, and can the children send/receive successfully? I guess I'm not clear on what exactly the problem is. What ISP/server information are they utilizing? Life is more painless for those who are brainless.
