Not sure if this is the right forum for this, if not sorry. A classroom full of youngsters on W2K go to Google > images and right click a picture to save it. They get the default 'save as' screen with the default 'image' file name and jpeg file type. If they change the file name they also loose the jpeg extension and then cant open the file. They have to type in the extension along with the file name which for some of the younger ones is confusing. This only appears to happen with W2K. Any ideas? Many thanks. ChrisE
