When searching outlook and choosing all mail folders to search, in the results display duplicate emails with the location in the same place such as; inbox, I can't seem to find any duplicate emails anywhere, but the search results shows them. When I go the location as shown, inbox, it shows one copy. Where is the 2nd email located? Has anyone seen this before?
Thank you in advance

I've not seen that happen. What version and what SP are you running?

Have you checked your rules? Or created another Mail Delivery file to see if the behavior continues?

For work with mails use-outlook mail recovery,as far as i know program is free,it recover data from Microsoft Outlook pst files, program can be also used to recover information from Microsoft Exchange ost files and/or convert them into Microsoft Outlook pst files, restore mail messages, tasks, contacts, meetings, notes and logs in files with the .pst extension, recover Outlook files and data from corrupted pst files of all Microsoft Outlook mail clients, from Microsoft Outlook 97 to Microsoft Outlook 2003,save the recovered information as files with the *.pst extension, you should have the Microsoft Outlook 98 mail client or higher installed on your computer, runs under all Windows operating systems starting from Windows 98 (Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP).

zlatan24, that's very interesting (if not an unusually long sentence), but the OP isn't have problems with lost data.

It is strange. Did not see anything in the rules. I don't think it is a big deal at all, but it is finding dupilcates when searching. I was trying to trace the email routes from the computer having the problem. It is my boss's PC. He uses Outlook 2007, which is setup to use a paid MSN account along with our pop3 domain. Wondering if it has something to do with this and the blackberry syncing as well.
