Dup Outlook 2003 Personal Folders

Outlook shows not one but three separate Personal Folders. When opened they are exact duplicates in all respects. New mail, contacts, etc. shows up in all 3. I can't close any of them or rename any of them.
Perhaps it might be more accurateto say that there are 3 instances of the same folder in Outlook's folders pane. When I go to mail in the Control Panel, only one Personal Folders data file shows up.
When I opened the same pst file on another computer, exactly the same behavior.
