disconnected mapped drives running

One workstation (of 10) will suitch to cashed documents when certain Wordperfect 10 documents are saved. Syncronizing the drive brings back the mapping. Problem is reproducable. Doc's have neen virus scanned

Summary: Actually no anyone can save to the share. And she cant save to ANY mapped drive in ANY dir. Path is not overly long, and, in fact has no spaces. Yet I can save to that dir using Excel 2003 from my PC....
