Disable Spell check in Word for ACT

We need to disable spell check on a laptop for and upcoming ACT exam and the state says that spell check needs to be disabled and I can disable it but can it be locked so only admin can reenable it? the laptop is 1.60 Ghz gateway laptop. I didn't find anything in the search thanks

You can disable the spell/grammar checker that underlines words & phrases as you type. here are the steps: • STEP 1: Go to the Tools menu. • STEP 2: Select Spelling and Grammar. • STEP 3: Click the Options button. • STEP 4: Deselect the Check Spelling as You Type checkbox. • STEP 5: Select or deselect any of the other choices in this window, according to which features you want to use.
And you can disable the spell check for a blank document: Tools > Language > Set Language > check "Do not check spelling or grammar"
The student can, if he/she knows a little bit, turn these features back on again.
