I would like to design a Fill In The Blank
Form/file. I need to use a program that persons cannot change but just fill in the blanks on the computer.
Can someone suggest a program?

How about Excel?

It's not that I can't remember things as I get older, it's just that my hard drive's full.

I could design the form with Excel but would
people be able to fill in the blanks if they
do not have Excel?

Another alternative is to design a form with HTML?
That way, anyone with a browser could access it.
