My wife has WordPerfect 10 on her system and I have Office XP installed on her system as well. We never had issues with printing before, but now she cannot print anything she creates in WordPerfect. At first, I thought there might be a conflict between my Office XP and Corel but I remembered that she was able to print. I tried deleting the printer and then having it re-install when I booted up, but that didn't resolve the issue. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what is causing this and the fix?

It would help us help you if you could be a little more specific than "she cannot print anything she creates in WordPerfect."

Is she getting any errors? Does it look like it's printing but nothing comes out? Let us know what's happening when she tries to print and maybe we can offer some assistance.

A few things to try in the meantime...

What happens if she tries to print to a file? Does that work?

How about installing something like PrimoPDF (www.primopdf.com) which creates PDF docs when you choose it from the printer list.

Have you tried reinstalling WordPerfect?

Either of those might help you determine if it's a problem with WordPerfect or with your printer/printer driver.

Is she logging in with an Administrator account? If not, there are two file permissions that need to be correct, and two registry values that need to be changed in order for her to be able to print.

Life's more painless for the brainless.
