i want to changed my default office outlook C:\Documents and Settings\Lalit\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst
but i want changed this default location like D:\new folder\outlook.pst

Move the file to the desired location. When you open Outlook, you'll receive an error that it can't find the pst. Just browse to the new location. You should get an error that the default Mail Delivery location has been changed. Click ok, then close and restart Outlook.
