Default template

Specs: Windows XP Pro SP3, Pentium M/384MB
I have set up Microsoft Office 2003 on a family PC, on which I will eventually create a number of user accounts (at least one per family member plus some "alternative" accounts for some family members.)

I want to have a Word template that uses UK English as the default language, A4 page size, and margins on 2.5cm all round. I can easily do this by modifying on each account:

C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates\

Is there a way to do this once in a default place that will be used by all new users, instead of having to modify for every new user? I was hoping to find it in a place like

C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates

but there is no such folder.
