Hi all,

I have a dbf file that I open with excel 2007. The content of the file shows correctly. The content of the file gets corrupted if I save (in DBF IV, same format when file was opened) & close the file. Some columns are missing and the row content is incorrect. It looks like the column values were swap.

I attached the original file "xxxx1.dbf" and the corrupted file "xxxx2.dbf".

Please can you advice, what to do with such dbf file?

Thank you a lot!

First, I don't know what you think you "attached" since you can't attach files to posts in this forum.

Second, even if you could attach a file, there aren't many of us in this forum that are going to simply open a file attached by a complete stranger. Have you heard of Trojan horses, viruses, etc?
