In Australia we would use the shortform 18/1/08 to indicate 18 January 2008. In Word 2007 it is shown as 1/18/08 which is the US method of indicating the date. I have searched high and low in Word for the means to change this without success. Can someone offer a suggestion Once I thought I was wrong, now I'm not so sure!

Thank you Seawatch... my time preferences are setup correctly and Australia is listed. I can't use New Zealand anyway because it's in a different time zone. The options I can't find are in Word not Vista Time and Date options. Once I thought I was wrong, now I'm not so sure!
